Entrees
Enlisted meals are served with our famous batter dipped mushrooms, an onion ring garnish, and your choice of our delicious sides. Officer meals also include coffee or tea, unlimited enjoyment of our legendary soup and salad wagon, traditional hot garlic toast, and your choice of our premium desserts and dessert bar drinks.


Regional game specialties

Bison Sirloin
Our favorite cut of Rocky Mountain buffalo. Eight lean ounces of the
original American steak, center-cut, mild and tender.

Walleye/Trout
A ten ounce fresh fillet of traditional pan-fried walleye (when available)
or butterflied trout prepared grilled or baked, per your request, with
the chef’s distinctive accent.

Field and Stream
The full Western game experience. Eight lean ounces of tender bison
paired with a ten ounce fillet of fresh walleye or trout.

Beef

Prime Rib
Our house specialty. Dry rubbed then slow cooked for over twelve
hours, this is the best prime rib you’ll ever experience, period.
Served with au jus and creamy or raw horseradish upon request.

Filet Mignon
The most tender steak. A full eight ounces, hand-cut in-house.

Porterhouse
This classic Western cut includes both the tender filet and the
flavorful strip. Weighs in at an impressive 24 ounces.

New York Strip
The steak connoisseur’s selection. Full-flavored and buttery, this
twelve ounce cut comes from the heart of the strip loin.

Ribeye
Notable for its marbling, our twelve ounce ribeye is a popular choice.
Hand-cut in-house.

Sirloin
Lean and firm center-cut from the top sirloin. Seasoned
and grilled with traditional spices.

Accompaniments
Complete your steak with premium seafood:
        Six ounce broiled coldwater lobster tail.
        Half pound of King crab legs.
        Four large shrimp, prepared grilled, scampi, boiled or batter fried.

Combinations

The General
A four-star take on surf and turf. Twelve ounces of our slow cooked
prime rib with a six ounce sweet broiled lobster tail.

The Colonel
A highly ranked pairing of our famous twelve ounce prime rib
with a half pound of jumbo King crab legs.

The Major
The traditional surf and turf. Eight ounces of grilled sirloin with a
broiled six ounce coldwater lobster tail.

The Captain
A twelve ounce cut of our house specialty prime rib accompanied by
four large shrimp, prepared grilled, scampi, boiled or batter fried.

The Lieutenant
A platoon favorite. Eight ounces of grilled sirloin with a half
pound of King crab legs.

The Sergeant
An eight ounce cut of grilled sirloin & four large shrimp, prepared
grilled, scampi, boiled or batter fried.

Seafood and chicken

Lobster Tail
One of our signature dishes. An eight ounce coldwater lobster tail seasoned simply with butter and sugar. Broiled to tenderness, presented on the
shell, and served with warm drawn butter and lemon.

Gran Marnier Salmon
A top shelf entree. Eight ounces of hand-filleted Atlantic salmon glazed
with a super premium Gran Marnier orange reduction sauce.

King Crab Legs
A full pound of succulent King crab legs. Served with warm
drawn butter and lemon.

Shrimp Platter
Eight large shrimp, grilled, scampi, boiled or batter fried, your choice.

Baked Chicken
Two five ounce breasts baked and served a la sauce du jour.
