Blue Prawns
These New Caledonia Blue Prawns were grilled with the heads on and served three to a plate over a bed of avocado puree and Micro greens.

Pumpkin Risotto
This Halloween Holiday special is a small pumpkin roasted to
perfection and then filled with Pumpkin Turmeric Risotto garnished with cranberries
and candied pumpkin seeds and you can eat the whole thing.

Foie Burger
This is a decadent version of an American Tradition. The Foie
burger is ground filet mignon and rib eye, stuffed with Foie Gras,
seared in duck fat, topped with caramelized apples, and seared
Hudson Valley Foie Gras along side Parmesan truffle fries.

Vegetarian "Meat Balls" over Herb Fettuccini
A new twist on an old favorite. This vegetarian version of
meatballs is a mushroom paste with herbs and cheese, that will
satisfy your taste and your hunger. They are presented over
fettuccini with a parmesan, herb, and extra virgin olive oil.

Skirt steak Sandwich
This Sandwich has the best of our skirt Steak cut thin and stacked with peppers, and cheese. Served with French fries on a dinner roll.
